- Abdelhakim Serrar (born 24 April 1961 in Sétif) is an Algerian former professional football player who won the African Nations Cup in 1990 and is one of a few that won the Afro-Asian Cup for both club and country.
- Serrar played as a central defender throughout his career for Entente sportive de Sétif.
- He is currently the president of ES Sétif, and since his presidency the club has been arguably one of the best teams in the division, if not the best.
- He retired from football on 1 July 1991 at the age of 30.
