- The Honourable Mr Justice Andrew Cheung Kui-nung PJ (Chinese: ???; born 24 September 1961) is a Hong Kong judge, who serves as a Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong.
- He was previously the 4th Chief Judge of the High Court, and the President of the Court of Appeal.
