- He represents the TKN Tatra Team.
- He is the current record holder in taking the least amount of time to achieve the Snow Leopard award.
- He is also the current record holder for the Elbrus Race (in 2010, extreme route, 3:23:37).
- In September 2014, Bargiel set a record time climbing from base camp to the summit of Manaslu in 14 hours 5 minutes.
