- Carl Anthony Fisher, SSJ (November 24, 1945 – September 2, 1993) was a Roman Catholic bishop. Born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Fisher was ordained to the priesthood for the Josephite Fathers on June 2, 1973.
- On December 23, 1986, he was appointed titular bishop of Tlos and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles and was ordained on February 23, 1987.
