- Chiang Peng-chien (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Jiang Péngjian; Wade–Giles: Chiang P'éng-chien; Pe?h-oe-ji: Kang Pêng-kian; 25 April 1940 – 15 December 2000) was the co-founder and first chairperson of the Democratic Progressive Party.
- Chiang was elected a member of the Legislative Yuan in 1983 and became a member of the Control Yuan in 1996.
