- Daphna Joel (Hebrew: ???? ????; born January 20, 1967) is an Israeli neuroscientist.
- She is a senior member of the faculty of the School of Psychological Sciences and the School of Neuroscience at Tel Aviv University.
- Since 2003, she has served as the head of the psychobiology department, and in 2013 was appointed chair of the PhD committee of the School of Psychological Sciences.Joel specializes in the brain mechanisms of human and animal behavior.
