David Frank Kustoff (; born October 8, 1966) is an American politician and attorney from the state of Tennessee.
He is a member of the Republican Party.
He served as a United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee from 2006 until 2008, and is the member of the United States House of Representatives for Tennessee's 8th congressional district.
The district includes much of West Tennessee, including the eastern fourth of Memphis and most of its suburbs.
