- Debora Seilhamer (born October 4, 1985) is a female volleyball player from Ponce, Puerto Rico.
- Seilhamer made her debut with the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- She was named Best Digger at the 2007 NORCECA Championship, where her team ended up in fifth place.
- Seilhamer played as a libero for the Women's National Team at the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan.
- There the team ended up in eighth and last place, having received a wild card for the event after Peru and Kenya withdrew.
- At the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games, Seilhamer was named Best Digger, Best Libero and MVP of the Tournament.
