- Francis Mwanzia Nyenze (June 2, 1957 – December 6, 2017) was a Kenyan politician who served as Member of Parliament for Kitui West Constituency from 1997-2002 and again from 2013-2017.
- He served as Minister for Environment from 1997 until 2001 and Minister for Heritage and Sports from 2001 to 2002.
- He also served as the Leader of Minority in the National Assembly in the 11th Parliament of Kenya from 2013 to 2017.
