- Franklin Dyall (3 February 1870 – 8 May 1950) was an English actor. Dyall was born in Liverpool.
- His father, Charles Dyall, was the first curator of the Walker Art Gallery.
- He appeared in 26 films between 1916 and 1948, as well as being the eleventh actor to portray Captain Hook.
- He was the father of actor Valentine Dyall.
- He died in Worthing, Sussex, aged 80.
