Friedrich Wilhelm von Thulemeyer or Frederick William von Thulemeier was born or baptized on November 9, 1735.
He died July 6, 1811, also in Berlin.
In 1763 he was sent by Frederick the Great as a diplomat in the Republic of the Seven United Provinces.
