- Glad Bugariu (born 29 September 1976) is a Romanian football manager who has coached the U.S.
- Virgin Islands, Grenada, and various university teams in the United States.
- Currently, he is in charge of the women's football team at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in first division of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
