- Gopal Gurung (Nepali: ?? ????? ?????) (July 27, 1935 – June 10, 2016) was an Indian journalist, author, politician,pani-fata and futurist of global politics.
- Gurung encouraged the 'Mongol' racial groups in Nepal to fight against the Hinduism of indigenous Brahmin and Kshetris (Indo-Aryans).
- He is the founder and president of Mongol National Organisation (MNO) and the first pioneer of Republican Nepal.
- MNO was established by Gurung on January 1, 1989 when he was in Bhadragol prison.
