- Hanna Serwaa Tetteh (born 31 May 1967) is a Ghanaian barrister and politician.
- She served in the cabinet of Ghana as Minister for Trade and Industry from 2009 to 2013 and Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2017.
