Himmat Kothari (born 3 February 1947) is an Indian politician.
He is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party from Madhya Pradesh, and currently serves as chairman of the state finance commission.
He is a six time legislator who also served as the state home minister.
He was first elected to the legislative assembly in 1977 from Ratlam city.
He was re-elected in 1980, 1985, and 1990.
