- Jasper De Buyst (born 24 November 1993) is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Lotto–Soudal.
- De Buyst focuses mainly on track cycling, notably the omnium, points race, madison and six-day racing disciplines. He is the son of professional cyclist Franky De Buyst and became professional himself in 2013, at the age of 19.
- He was named in the start list for the 2015 Vuelta a España and the start list for the 2017 Giro d'Italia.
