- José Antonio Chang Escobedo (born 19 May 1958) was the Prime Minister of Peru, appointed by President Alan García.
- He was also Minister of Education and resigned both cabinet positions on Friday March 18, 2011. Chang replaced Javier Velásquez as part of a cabinet reshuffle.
