- Jun Matsumoto (?? ?, Matsumoto Jun, born August 11, 1950) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).
- A native of Yokohama, Kanagawa and graduate of Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences, he worked at the Japanese pharmaceutical company SSP Co., Ltd.
- from 1974 to 1978 and then at the pharmacy called ???? (Matsumoto Yakkoku) from 1978 to 2003.
