- Katsunobu Kato (?? ??, Kato Katsunobu, born November 22, 1955) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the National Diet (national legislature of Japan).
- A native of Kurashiki, Okayama and graduate of the University of Tokyo with the Bachelor of Economics degree, he worked at the Ministry of Finance from 1979 to 1995.
