- Lawrence Joseph Gagner (born December 30, 1943) is an American former college and professional football player who was an offensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons during the 1960s and 1970s.
- Gagner played several different positions as a college football player at the University of Florida, and was recognized as an All-American as a guard in his senior year of 1965.
- He was a second-round pick in the 1966 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL.
- He played three seasons with the Steelers and was named a team captain in 1969.
- A near-fatal car accident in 1970 caused Gagner to miss all of the 1970 and 1971 seasons.
- He returned to the NFL as a backup for the Kansas City Chiefs in 1972, left football due to lingering health issues in 1973, then played parts of two seasons for the Jacksonville Sharks of the World Football League in 1974 and 1975.
