- Matt Burke (born March 25, 1976) is an American football coach who is currently a defensive special assistant for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).
- He was also the linebackers coach for the Detroit Lions and Cincinnati Bengals, and an assistant with the Tennessee Titans.
