- Mitsuo Horiuchi (Japanese: ?? ??, Hepburn: Horiuchi Mitsuo, 1 January 1930 – 16 May 2016) was a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).
