- Antonio "Moe" Maestas (born July 6, 1968 in Albuquerque, New Mexico) is a lawyer and American politician and a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives representing District 16 since January 2007.
- District 16 covers the west mesa of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- When Maestas was 19 he moved to Seattle, Washington and worked at El Centro de la Raza, as a community organizer.
- He later worked at a commercial box factory, Stoneway Carton Company, Inc., as a sheeter operator while attending college.
- Maestas moved back to Albuquerque in 1995 to attend law school and became an Assistant District Attorney at the Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted violent crimes.
- He then opened his own law practice, MoeJustice Law, in 2003.
