- N V Sathyanarayana (born 19 July 1953) is an information entrepreneur and the founder of Informatics (India) Limited, a corporation providing library services and research softwares.
- He was a member of The National Task Force on Information Technology and Software Development (Working Group on Content Creation and Content Industry) constituted by the Prime Minister of India in 1998.
