About Nikolay Solovtsov
- Nikolay Yevgenievich Solovtsov (Russian: ??????? ?????????? ????????; born 1 January 1949) is a retired Russian Strategic Missile Forces colonel general. He joined the Soviet Armed Forces in 1966.
