About Nupur Sharma
- Nupur Sharma (born 23 April 1985) is an advocate and official spokesperson of the BJP Delhi unit.
- She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University's Hindu College.
- She passed her LLB degree from the University of Delhi in 2010.
- During her studies there, Sharma was elected president of Delhi University's Students Union as a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, or the ABVP, an affiliate organisation of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh .
- Thereafter, she pursued her Master of Laws LLM degree from the London School of Economics.She contested the 2015 Delhi elections on a BJP ticket from the New Delhi constituency against Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, which she would later lose.
