- Oldrich Kaiser (born 16 May 1955, Liberec, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech TV, film, and stage actor, known mostly for his comedy roles.
- Together with Jirí Lábus, they performed as a comedy duo "Kaiser a Lábus", which, in particular, took part in the TV comedy shows Ruská ruleta (Russian Roulette, 1994), Možná prijde i kouzelník ("Perhaps a Magician Will Come Too", 1982), etc.
