- Park Seon-Kwan (also Park Seon-Gwan, Korean: ? ??; born January 16, 1991 in Gyeonggi-do) is a South Korean swimmer, who specialized in backstroke events.
- He won a bronze medal, as a member of the South Korean swimming team, in the 400 m freestyle relay at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China.
- He also collected two silver medals in both 100 and 200 m backstroke at the 2009 East Asian Games in Hong Kong, China.
