- Paul Winters (born April 20, 1954 in Pennsylvania) is an American filmmaker, writer, and actor.
- He played Colonel Ben Loftin in the film Nate and the Colonel (which also starred Ricco Ross as Nate). During the 1990s he co-produced Gahan Wilson's Diner (an animated 35 mm feature short by cartoonist Gahan Wilson) for 20th Century Fox.
- Winters was a co-producer on the CBS pilot "It's True" (starring Mark Hamill and Dean Stockwell).
- In 2001, Winter co-executive produced (for Showtime) the pilot "The Kid" (starring Ed Asner, Lolita Davidovich, Eugene Levy, William Shatner, and Jennifer Tilly).
- Winters wrote and directed Red Blood (starring David Midthunder), and Nate and the Colonel. Training in the martial arts since age 11, Paul Winters holds many belts in a variety of martial arts systems.
