- Perseus Karlström (born 2 May 1990) is a Swedish male racewalker.
- He competed in the 20 kilometres walk event at the 2013 World Championships in Athletics.
- He also competed in the 20 kilometres walk event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China, but did not finish.
- He was bronze medallist at the 2019 World Championships in Athletics in Qatar 2019.Born in Växjö, he is the son of international racewalker Siv Gustavsson.
