Piotr Zychowicz, together with Jerzy Haszczynski and Katarzyna Zuchowicz, was the initiator of the action "Against Polish Camps" organized in 2005 by Rzeczpospolita, which was aimed against the usage of the term "Polish concentration camp" in foreign press; see "Polish death camp" controversy.
