About Qin Guangrong
- Qin Guangrong (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Qín Guangróng; born 1 December 1954) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as the deputy chair of the committee on internal legal affairs of the National People's Congress.
- He previous served as the Communist Party Secretary of Yunnan province, the province's top political office, from 2011 to October 2014.
- Prior to that he was the Governor of Yunnan.
