- Sam Currie (22 November 1889 – 7 December 1962) was a Scottish footballer who played as a full-back.
- Born in Kilwinning, Scotland, Currie started his career with his hometown team Kilwinning Rangers before joining Football League Second Division side Leicester Fosse.
- Between 1909 and 1922, he appeared 248 times for the first team, and made a further 123 wartime appearances during the First World War.
- He finished his career in the Third Division with Wigan Borough, making 33 league appearances for the club before being appointed player-coach of the reserve team in March 1924.
