- Sotero "Terong" Barte Cabahug (April 22, 1891 – December 15, 1963) was a Filipino lawyer, legislator, politician, and civil servant from Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines.
- He was awarded Legion of Honor with the rank of Commander.
