- Stephen Lam Sui-lung, OBE, GBM, GBS (Cantonese pronunciation: [l??m s?`y.l??n]; born 24 November 1955) was the Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong and Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs. Lam was born in Hong Kong attended Wah Yan College.
