- Victor Alexandrovch Sokovnin (Russian: ?????? ????????????? ????????; 1886–1937) was an opera singer and vocal teacher. Born in the village Zavodouspenskoe, Tyumen county Tobolsk Province (now Tugulymsky district, Sverdlovsk Oblast).
