- Viktor Mykolaiovych Ostapchuk (Ukrainian: ?????? ??????????? ???????´?, 16 May 1955) is a Ukrainian railway administrator and later Ukrainian parliamentary (People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 7th and 8th convocations), He is a Doctor of Technical Science and is honored as the Hero of Ukraine. He is known for his work at the Ukrainian Southern Railways where under his leadership number of rail-lines were electrified.
