Vladyslav Vasylyovych Nosov (Ukrainian: ????????? ?????????? ?????, born 19 April 1946, Sovetskaya Gavan, Khabarovsk Krai, Russian SFSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, civil servant and the co-author of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine, Declaration of Independence of Ukraine, Regulations of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Constitution of Ukraine.
He was a Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine from May 25, 1998 to January 22, 2005.
