- Wei Fenghe (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Wèi Fènghé; literally: 'Wei Phoenix-Peace'; born 1954) is a general (shang jiang) in the Chinese People's Liberation Army who served as Commander of the PLA Rocket Force, formerly known as the Second Artillery Corps.
