- Werner Bachmeyer (born December 6, 1960) is an Austrian sprint canoer who competed in the early 1980s.
- He won a bronze medal in the K-2 1000 m event at the 1983 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Tampere. Bachmeyer also competed in two Summer Olympics, earning his best finish of ninth in the K-2 500 m event at Los Angeles in 1984.
