  • Nollendorf is recipient of the Order of the Three Stars and the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.Nollendorfs was born 22 March 1931 in Riga, Latvia, into the home of his father Karlis Nollendorfs, a police officer in the old town of Riga.
