About Victor Ovcharenko
- Victor Ovcharenko (Russian: ??´???? ???´????? ??????´???; February 5, 1943 – May 5, 2009) was a Russian philosopher, sociologist, historian and psychologist.
- He also was a PhD., professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (1997), academician of the Academy for Humanities Research (1998) and academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences (2000).
