- Saara Elisa Niemi, née Tuominen (born 1 January 1986 in Ylöjärvi) is a Finnish ice hockey player.
- At the 2006 Torino Olympics, Tuominen competed for Finland.

- She was an assistant captain for Finland's women's ice hockey team at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver where the Finns won the bronze medal. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) and was a three-year captain for the UMD Bulldogs, NCAA Division I national champions in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2008 and 2010.
