- Tina Marie Thompson (born February 10, 1975) is an American former WNBA professional basketball player and the head coach of the Virginia Cavaliers women's basketball team.
- Thompson was inducted into both the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018. The first college draft pick in WNBA history, Thompson was selected first by the Houston Comets.
